First of all, work any of your choice of the odd problems at the back of the chapter (pg.52, 53, 54, 55, etc). Especially the ones marked "WEB" because they have solutions shown at the author's website (the link is at the top of this screen).
Calculus tidbits:
Remember the derivative of position with respect to time is velocity (dx/dt = v).
Remember the derivative of velocity with respect to time is acceleration (dv/dt = a).
...and you know how to take derivatives. Remember: (d/dx) ax^n = nax^(n-1)
that's the only one we'll need at this point.
